WHO WE ARE

Interior Physician Recruitment and Retention (IPRR) is a non-profit network of family physicians and recruitment leads representing all eight Interior Divisions of Family Practice in British Columbia, Canada, including urban, rural, and Indigenous communities. Established in October 2019 with funding provided by the Family Practice Services Committee, we support family physician recruitment, retention, and retirement transitions for all communities within the Interior through collaboration with one another, Interior Health, and the First Nations Health Authority.
